Sells, mixes, and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks in a professional and friendly manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves food in the casual zone
Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, misers, and bitters to prepare cocktails, coffees and other drinks according to LaRosa's recipes and standards
Serves wine, draught or bottled beer, and other alcoholic beverages
Fills wait staff drink orders
Assures all applicable liquor laws are being followed at all times and follow all LaRosa's guidelines on serving alcohol
Is familiar with LaRosa's menu and with food and beverage preparation to answer guest questions
Able to use a computer to ring in orders
Interacts with guests as they dine in the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience
Able to report to work in a neat clean uniform
Cleans and maintains the bar area and other areas as assigned
Follows LEAN processes as defined for both their role and the pizzeria
Works with Team Members throughout the location on a daily basis including: Store Management, Front of the House and Back of the House staff

Knowledge of different types of alcohol

Skills in suggestively selling food or beverage items
Willingness to work rotating shift schedules
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is exposed to wet, humid, hot, and loud conditions.
Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns.
Non slip shoes are required to be worn at all times by all Team Members in the pizzerias
Age requirements:
Ohio: must be 21+ years old
Kentucky: must be 20+ years old
Indiana: must be 21+ years old
Experience Required:
6 months bartending experience and/or training required
