•· To stretch and hand shape pizza crusts to proper specifications, ensuring quality and correct sizing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•· Stretches and measure pizza dough to product specifications according to production runs.
•· Ensures preparation areas are clean and well stocked.
•· Cleans production area and other areas as needed.
•· Follows LEAN processes as defined for both their role and the facility.
•· Works with Team Members throughout the location on a daily basis including: Commissary Management, and other production staff.
•· Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•· Knowledge of health hazards in food preparation and service
•· Verbally interacts with Management, Team Members and Guests
•· Willingness to work rotating shift schedules
•· Able to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis
•· Able to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
•· Able to stand for an extended period of time
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
•· While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is exposed to dusty and loud conditions.
•· Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls.
•· Must be at least 18 years old
Experience Required: Some production experience preferred but not required
